Community is what extends that growth beyond the individual. It’s where students begin to see that their development is not happening in isolation. It’s shaped, reinforced, and expanded through shared environments where belonging and accountability coexist.

And what matters most is how these interact: When clarity deepens, connection becomes more honest. When connection is strong, community becomes more supportive and real. When community is healthy, it reflects students back to themselves in ways that deepen clarity even further.
